Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time may result in a required deposit for future appointments.

No call/No show for an appointment automatically results in a 50% service charge to the credit card on file, and a required deposit for all future appointments.*

 By moving forward to book your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 
* If you cancel the day of an appointment for reasons out of your control, the penalty will be at the manager's discretion.

Consultations & Expectations
Before every service, we provide a thorough consultation to discuss your desired results. We encourage bringing inspiration photos, but please understand that results may vary based on your hair’s current condition, history, and integrity. We will always recommend what is realistic and safe for your hair.
No Refund Policy
Due to the time, products, and customization involved in our services, we do not offer refunds on any services performed.
Adjustment / Correction Policy
Your happiness matters to us! If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 3–5 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service. • Adjustments are only valid if the desired result was discussed during the consultation. • Changes in preference (wanting a different color, style, etc.) are not considered a correction and will be treated as a new service.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if they may compromise the health and integrity of your hair.
Hair History Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing full and honest hair history (including box dye, previous chemical services, medications, or conditions affecting hair). Undisclosed information may affect results, and we cannot guarantee outcomes in such cases.
Service Guarantee Limitations
Results may vary due to previous color, hair condition, texture, or external factors. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee exact results.
